I have extensive experience helping individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues, anxiety and depression, life transitions and the psychological aspects of physical illness. Given that positive experiences can also be stressful, I also work with clients adjusting to new relationships, jobs and schooling, as well as pregnancy and parenting.
I combine techniques from the cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and mindfulness traditions in therapy to provide individualized solutions for my clients. In addition, as a native Spanish speaker I am proud to serve the Latino community by offering assessments and therapy in Spanish as well as English.
