My goal is to help individuals to get through their emotional problems and traumatic experiences and to heal the pain they feel. I believe in a close connection of body, mind and spirit and think that counseling can very well be approached from this perspective. I have experience with individuals from many different cultures, mentalities, beliefs, religions, and behaviors. I want to help clients heal and become whole again. I want to help them prosper, move forward in life and get what they deserve.

The main focus of my practice is on childhood trauma and trauma in general, with all its consequences. I work with adolescents and adults to help them to take charge of their lives and to finally find joy and peace in their hearts, because our feelings do matter so much.

I use acupressure techniques, such as REMAP and EFT, to reduce emotional pain and change clients' perspectives of their lives. When clients learn to tackle their negative thoughts, see positive changes happen, and manage to improve their communication with their loved ones, their emotional healing is well on its way.
