Current openings M, T, W, Th, & F. I am a passionate therapist who believes in being the vehicle for change for the families, individuals and groups I work with. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. Family involvement is crucial in implementing long term change. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, substance abuse, relational problems, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. I love working with people transitioning to becoming a mom. Additionally, I am a mom, yoga teacher, school consultant and world traveler. I have been working in the field for 12+ years.
I have been specializing in eating disorders and OCD for the past 11 years. Most recently I opened up two Intensive Outpatient Programs for two major players in the ED and Addiction world before opening up my own holistic private practice.
In my private practice I currently see adults, adolescents, families, and couples struggling with a variety of issues. I incorporate different therapeutic techniques in order to best suit the client and their recovery and/or healing process. I also at times provide meal support, body acceptance groups and self esteem groups in my private practice.
