Children, teens, and young adults today face incredible pressure — from academic stress and social struggles to anxiety, identity exploration, family changes, major life transitions, and everything in between. I work with young people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate what they're experiencing. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to better understand emotions, build coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.
I draw from play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and expressive arts to meet each client where they're at. Younger children may use play and creativity to express themselves, while teens and young adults have space to talk openly, work through challenges, and build healthier ways to cope.
Whether you're a parent worried about your child or you're a teen or young adult struggling to find your footing, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
