I’m a LPC-A (Texas / 97375) supervised by Leslie Bley LPC-S (Texas / 75462) and founder of Pathways Restored Counseling. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not something sterile or intimidating, while utilizing evidence-backed interventions. My approach is relational, honest, and focused on helping you actually experience change, not just talk about it. My goal is that the therapeutic space would be a place for you move through pain, find a path through it, and experience a meaningful, joy filled life.
I specialize in college students, couples, teens, and divorce recovery. I support clients by taking a person-centered approach and am trained in aspects of EFT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, DBT and somatic work.
I also offer walk & talk therapy, which can be helpful in supporting those dealing with anxiety and depression.
If faith is important to you, I’m happy to integrate that into our work as well. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Denver Seminary, and I approach that integration in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and aligned with your values.
