Grounded in my lived experience as a biracial woman with Latina roots, I bring empathy, curiosity, and cultural awareness into my work. Being a single mother is a core part of who I am and deeply informs my approach as a clinician. Parenthood has strengthened my commitment to supporting individuals and families through peripartum and postpartum experiences, as well as the challenges of caring for yourself while caring for others.
I’m passionate about reducing stigma around mental health, especially within Latinx communities, and providing therapy that honors your lived experience. I work with both individuals and couples and particularly enjoy supporting college students and young adults as they navigate identity development, relationships, and other major life transitions.
