I am starting this new practice combining a mixture of out of the box services for kids, teens, and young adults ages 3-30 including nature,meditation/mindfulness, yoga, Animal Assisted therapy, and more. I have been working with children, youth, and families in a Social Work capacity for 15+ years. I have worked in schools, domestic violence shelters, residential, child welfare, and as an outpatient therapist in mental health clinics since 2013. I have worked with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse/neglect, families in the foster care system, and adoption.
My specialty is working with youth on body image,self-esteem, anxiety, healthy relationships, wellness, and depression issues. I work from a strengths based, humanistic, and client centered approach with all my clients. I currently offer group therapy for teens and tweens. I use art, play therapy, sand play, Nature Based Therapy, and Animal Assisted Therapy.

VISION BOARD H.S. GROUP This is a 4-week therapeutic group for middle school and high schoolers to: Learn how to set intentions and plan. Create their personal mantra/positive affirmation .Explore and express their emotions in their journal.H.S. Group is on Thursdays,6-7pm! Cost is $199. Dates are October 3-24th.
