Often times life can be confusing, uncertain, and uneasy, which may cause daily tasks to feel unmanageable. We can experience stress, anxiety, withdrawal from friends or family, etc. As a therapist, I want to walk alongside of you and help you process, heal, and grow into the person you want to be.
As a therapist, my goal is to help you better understand yourself and the world around you, however that may look. I tend to be creative in my approach to therapy by incorporating interventions. These may include art, writing, and other forms of self-expression. I may encourage completing activities outside of therapy to benefit your overall experience.
