Finding the right support can be challenging, especially when many professionals don't understand the unique experiences of being Neurodivergent! I'm a Neurodivergent therapist that specializes in working with teens and adults who are looking for tools and resources to thrive. I have achieved success in guiding clients through their journeys of self-discovery and understanding of their thoughts, values, and behaviors on a deeper level. I assist my clients with identifying their needs, strengths, and past experiences so we can collaborate on making adjustments in their lives to improve their overall mental health and well-being.
In addition to several years of formal education and trainings, I use my own lived experiences to create a safe, relatable space where my clients can laugh, cry, and express anything in between. Knowledge is power, so I provide relevant psychoeducation and connect clients to helpful resources to build support around them.
