I work with adolescents and adults, and my therapeutic style is rooted in DBT, CBT, and ACT. I also offer more structured therapeutic interventions such as Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and strengths.
