About
There are so many life experiences, transitions and "bumps" in the road that can oftentimes feel overwhelming, uncertain or impossible. Whether we have awareness of the problem, or notice that our behaviors are masking problems (fighting in relationships, unhealthy coping behaviors, etc.), we can explore these in session and determine how to overcome these challenges.
I wholeheartedly believe that the client is the expert on their own journey, and oftentimes just needs a fresh perspective, or a look in a new mirror to feel empowered and open for change and new experiences. I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients in order to gain a deeper understanding of their problems/experiences.
If you are struggling to find answers, or see things in a new light, let's share space and begin this journey of growth and acceptance. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapy for individuals, families and couples through a systemic, person-centered and humanistic lens.
