Calling all Sensitive Hearts. Who feel everything on the deepest level, who cannot bear all the pain and injustice in this world. Who may feel terrified, ashamed, overwhelmed, lost.. Who struggle to be their true selves. And who have wild imaginations, vivid dreams, amazing capacity to love, connect, create, experience the world around them... Who may exist outside binaries, are neurodivergent, and feel like aliens in this oppressive Capitalist system, unsure of their place in this world. I also see couples and families seeking to repair hurt and reconnect.
(Please note: I do not specialize in personality disorders or Bipolar I.)
I offer trauma-attuned, mindfulness-based, attachment-based relational and creative therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EFT to help you feel seen, accepted, loved, safe, and free. Come cry, rage, sit quietly, breathe, move, dance, sing, heal, rest, and express however you need with another Sensitive Heart.
I am with you, I am you, and we can do this together. Those currently in power want us to be afraid, powerless, and divided but they can never take away our shared humanity. I want to support you to access a source of infinite love that can heal your trauma, embrace all of you, nurture beautiful relationships, and carry you through this wild life.

Support Circle for these times
Are you feeling lonely, despairing, overwhelmed, terrified? Are you longing for more community, connection, and love? Join us. I believe we are in great need of love, for ourselves, each other, all living beings, and our planet. In spite of forces that want to keep us separate and afraid of each other, we can gather and see how much we are in this together. Let’s support each other, experience true connection, and nurture all that we love most in life. "For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love." ~Carl Sagan
