At Editions Counseling Co., I often work with adolescents, young adults, college students, and parents navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, down to earth, and practical — a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change that feels realistic for everyday life.

I help clients explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping them stuck while building healthier ways to cope, communicate, and care for themselves. I also work with women’s issues, including identity shifts, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship dynamics, and the pressure of trying to balance everything at once.
