You will move from survival/fear mode into more fun, creativity and joy.
As a Spiritual Guide/Psychotherapist, I offer gentle Dog Assisted EMDR to release/heal Trauma. Preparatory Positive Resource Installations build & retain positive emotional, somatic and cognitive experiences. This resets the stress threshold in the nervous system, redirecting it and equipping clients with powerful inner allies for facing traumatic memories.
In my safe, homelike office, you will be tended to with affection by my dogs, Pablo and Rosie, "the love pups". Effective, compassionate modalities include: Guided Visualization, Inner Child/Advanced Recovery Work, Breathing, Meditation, Prayer, Body Relaxation, Movement, Art, Music, Poetry as Healer. NVC will help you cultivate healthy relationships.
