Hello and welcome! During various seasons in our lives, strength, meaning, hope, joy, empowerment, compassion, and connection can be hard to find within ourselves and with others. My role as a licensed clinical psychologist is to help you on your journey towards healing, self-reflection, understanding, and positive change. Life throws all sorts of challenges our way, and as humans it is necessary, normal, and natural to need help. I use a variety of approaches that are tailored to each unique individual. I value collaboration, flexibility, authenticity, and being human with you in the therapeutic space.
I will meet you where you are and supportively challenge you towards your goals. Specialty areas include anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship concerns, identity development, and exploration and life transitions.
I truly believe finding a therapist you feel connected to that hears and seeks to know you is important. I would be honored to walk alongside you as your therapist. I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you. Looking forward to connecting with you!
