Hello there! I'm Alex and it's my honor to walk alongside you in your mental health wellness journey. Having faced many unexpected detours in my own life path, I've gained some invaluable experience in learning how to treat addiction/substance use disorders, manage relationships with family/friends with personality disorders, and gain the necessary skills to cope with chronic pain. I also have specialized training in treating those who've experience abuse by narcissistic individuals.
Through the use of tried and true counseling techniques rooted in therapies like CBT and DBT, I teach clients hands-on skills to practically and effectively navigate through the challenges preventing them from stepping into the highest version of themselves.
I aim to create a therapeutic space for clients that is emotionally safe in every way. Our sessions will always be a judgment-free zone! I will be your advocate, confidante, and guide as we chart a course toward your complete mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness.
