My practice is grounded in cultural humility and inclusivity, honoring the diverse ways people give birth, parent, and define family across cultures and communities. In addition to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (my primary specialty), I find real meaning in working with parents of children across all ages, particularly exploring how their own upbringing shapes their parenting now, and with adolescent girls navigating identity, self-esteem, and self-discovery. I also have an interest in working with couples and families.

I believe self-efficacy is often at the heart of both parenting confidence and adolescent development, and it's a thread I return to often in session. I particularly enjoy exploring with clients how early patterns and attachment history show up in present-day connection and conflict to the self and others.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic theory. Together, we'll make space for your story.
