My areas of expertise include navigating substance use challenges, family dynamics, couples’ issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, Autism, self-esteem, attachment, and codependency. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, such as play therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, psychodynamic, as well as family systems approaches.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health and substance use field, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and growth.
