I am currently accepting clients who are mothers, are looking to become mothers, or who are exploring what a motherhood journey might look like for them.
I have extensive history working with survivors of trauma, with a particular focus in domestic violence, as well as with those actively battling or in recovery from addiction to substances. I've also done plenty of advocating for clients through legal involvement with the criminal justice system or child and family services.
I'm passionate about working with women who are navigating life’s transitions, working on connecting to their identity, and who are looking for support.
I offer measurement-based care that allows you to see concrete results in your quality of life and notable symptoms, whatever those might look like for you.
