I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 4 years of experience partnering with adults, families, adolescents, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I completed my Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Virginia Tech and my Master of Education (MEd) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the College of William & Mary.
I utilize relational, collaborative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, person-centered, and emotionally-focused approaches to therapy, maintaining the creativity, flexibility, and awareness needed to best meet the unique needs of each client.
