My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, directness, and a focus on strengths. I encourage & challenge individuals towards growth, always mindful of their unique boundaries and limitations. By incorporating humor, mindfulness, and personal interests, I cultivate a sense of safety, especially during heightened emotions. EMDR is offered to address PTSD.
