I want to help people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and relational stressors. I approach these types of issues with curiosity and compassion, discovering and revealing the patterns and defenses that keep us stuck. I incorporate a person's family, cultural influences and history of trauma when working together towards goals.
