Hi there! I’m Alexandra Colaianni, a dedicated integrative mental health therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your individual thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, but also define what you want out of life. We will work as a therapeutic team to set goals and break habits that may not be working for you anymore in order for you to achieve the life of your dreams. I specialize in anxiety, depression, health concerns, relationship issues, & life transitions. I have intensive training related to chronic health conditions, family systems, compassion fatigue, trauma & chronic stress. My approach combines CBT techniques with mindfulness to foster personal growth & empowerment.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, & spending intentional time with loved ones. My passion for integrative mental health stems from my own chronic health journey & a desire to help others find their own inner peace & sense of balance.
