Maybe anxiety or depression has been suggested, but it doesn’t fully fit. I work well with those who feel like they have a “spaghetti of concerns,” helping untangle and understand each piece. I support trauma survivors, neurodiverse clients, and those in nontraditional relationships, offering a pro-LGBTQIA+, kink-positive, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to educate your therapist.
I help you make sense of complex, overlapping concerns by breaking them down into manageable pieces. Using a mind-body approach, I support trauma healing, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. I offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and nontraditional relationships, without requiring you to educate me.
We’ll work together to clarify what you want for your life and healing, and I’ll support you in getting there. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches like trauma processing, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
