My work is trauma-informed and client-centered, drawing from IFS and psychodynamic therapy. I help people-pleasers explore where these patterns come from and build a kinder, more authentic relationship with themselves. One that is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and less shame. My approach is anti-carceral and anti-oppressive.
