I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. They may experience excessive worry, intrusive thoughts, cycles of reassurance-seeking or avoidance, or feel frustrated by strong emotions that are difficult to manage. We work together using evidence-based practices to better manage symptoms, build coping skills, and increase confidence and independence. Treatment is collaborative and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on practical tools that can be applied beyond the therapy room to promote meaningful and lasting change.
I use CBT-based interventions, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD treatment. I collaborate closely with schools and other providers to ensure consistent support across settings. In addition to my private practice, I serve as the Lower School Counselor at The Windward School, supporting children with language-based learning disabilities.
