I’m a firm believer that we are all carriers of deep, complex life stories. These stories build and shape our inner worlds and can be both elevating and/or burdensome to us. They build our reality and how we place ourselves within it. As a licensed clinical social worker, my work focuses on helping my clients interact with their stories, organize their habits, and shape the mental patterns that they are functioning within.
We work together to make certain these stories are in alignment with the life they want to build for themselves. My approach to mental health care focuses on the mind-body connection, and a deep emphasis on both thought and bodily sensation awareness.
