Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I help adults who feel trapped in painful relationship patterns, chronic self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. Using attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, we make sense of what’s happening, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
