As a therapist and human, I strive to create a safe, grounded space that promotes connection and healing. My passion is supporting individuals around identity and LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma-related disorders, psychedelic integration therapy, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. I value the power of relation through vulnerability and take a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each of my clients.

I believe in each of our inner knowledge and wisdom, working to truly understand personal, individualized goals and perspectives of my clients. I hold trauma therapy training through Brainspotting and EMDR as well as utilizing relational therapy, schema therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, parts-based therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I’m a body-positive, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ & neurodivergent affirming clinician, and I strive to offer a space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in safety and respect for all identities and lived experiences. It is important for meet each client where they are with nonjudgmental support, deep listening, and genuine care.

I like to use a blend of theories to meet my clients' needs. I typically utilize schema therapy, EMDR/Brainspotting, parts-based therapy, and ACT. These types of therapy typically allow clients access to underlying factors that contribute to distress.
