You may feel disconnected from your body, your relationships, or conversations. This can look like feeling detached from your emotions, struggling to identify what you need, or having difficulty staying present in the moment. You might find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your reactions, or worrying that you said or did the wrong thing. In relationships, you may hold back your thoughts and feelings, avoid conflict, or focus more on keeping others comfortable than expressing yourself honestly. You may avoid vulnerability and connection even when you want it, making it hard to feel understood or secure in relationships.
I help individuals, partners, and families reconnect with their emotions, body cues, and inner knowing so they can rebuild self-trust and relate more securely after trauma or loss. I use EMDR to process painful experiences, IFS/IFIO to understand inner emotional parts, and relational/systemic work to improve patterns between people.
I bring an integrative approach that works with both your past and present experiences, as well as your relationships, so that change can feel grounded, real, and sustainable. If this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a free consultation.
