I am IFS Level 1 trained and specialize in working with adults facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, relationship distress, life transitions, and boundary setting. I have experience working with clients who have been impacted by childhood emotional neglect, attachment wounds, acculturation trauma, and racial trauma.
As a relational therapist, I believe the connection formed within a safe relationship, including the therapeutic bond, has the power to heal wounds and facilitate personal growth. My understanding of multiculturalism, diversity, and social justice, are integral to my role as a therapist and I welcome all clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
