I do feel that art enables us to reach, touch, and see different realms, inwardly. Art therapy allows for that journey to be experienced.
I have experience working in schools, hospitals, residential, and IOP; working with children, adolescents, and families, suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, issues of identity, and eating disorders among other things. As an art therapist, I utilize art as well as other modalities. I offer a free 15-30 minutes first consultation.
