My goal as your therapist is to help you thrive, not just survive. I use a dynamic approach to therapy including trauma informed somatic modalities that weaves together ancestral healing practices, with the latest trauma informed techniques such as psychoeducation, mindfulness, deep breathing, and talk therapy.
I'm a lifelong learner and am deeply committed to the practice of moving at the speed of trust. During our sessions, we’ll start wherever you are at! We'll map a process to support your healing that is holistic and considers the ways your history, relationships, diet, exercise, health, spiritual or cultural practices impact your social and emotional health.
