As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in the assessment and treatment of personality disorders, including narcissistic, histrionic, borderline, antisocial, and obsessive-compulsive personality disorders. The initial sessions focus on achieving diagnostic clarity. It's essential to carefully distinguish personality disorders from personality issues, just as it is to differentiate between substance abuse and dependence, or between sexual addiction and other sexual concerns.
