About
Has the pandemic resulted in an increase in stress, headache, and migraine frequency? Through the use of mindfulness techniques, we can work together to reduce stress and tension. Having tools to help cope with difficult emotions brought on by change and uncertainty can have a powerful impact on your mental and physical health. I believe that human beings possess an innate ability to move toward happiness and health, but sometimes adversity and challenging life experiences can get in the way of living productive and meaningful lives.
My approach as a therapist aims to foster a reparative relationship through collaborative, warm, and interactive sessions. Through the use of several traditional and modern modalities, I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples, struggling with issues like stress, anxiety, depression, communication, parenting, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
Therapy is a place to uncover what is keeping you stuck, and to identify and strengthen which coping strategies are working and which are not. Through exploration, you can learn to let go of patterns of behavior that once had a purpose but do not serve you anymore. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and contained space to help get you unstuck.
