About
Feeling stuck, sad, angry, anxious, numb? Feeling like things just aren't working out or your not living your potential? In our sessions, I can help you gain understanding, resolve problems, improve communication, deepen relationships, and experience a more fulfilling life.
I am a board-certified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am a trauma and gender specialist with extensive experience working with those living with the effects of trauma and those identifying as LGBTQQIA. Additionally, I have expertise in working with matters of self-esteem, identity, grief / loss, and men's issues.
I take a warm and interactive approach to help you achieve your goals. I guide you through the integration and use of new tools, to develop increased insight and awareness, mindfulness, strategies supporting emotional regulation to better manage feelings, and further your journey towards authenticity.
