Starting therapy can be exciting and anxiety provoking. Whether you are hoping to focus on specific concerns, or exploring broader, longer standing challenges, therapy can be helpful in understanding how aspects of one‘s temperament and relational tendencies interfere with living life authentically, and with reaching one’s full potential. By addressing issues in real-time, while also considering the impact of situational factors and past experiences, therapy can be useful in identifying areas of one’s life to examine and evolve. Importantly, effective therapy often promotes resiliency, self-awareness and personal growth.

Working with clients from diverse backgrounds, across the lifespan (toddlers through adulthood), my work includes brief goal oriented treatment and longer term psychotherapy. I am especially experienced in supporting clients dealing with life transitions, high achievement, identity exploration, relationship/attachment issues, and processing trauma and grief.

My style is collaborative and relational, rooted in providing a safe therapy space. My approach is supportive and affirming, yet direct. I work with individuals (children, teens and adults), couples and families. I offer a free phone consultation to determine if I am a good fit for your needs and situation.
