I specialize in helping people overcome symptoms that interfere with daily life, including those from anxiety, chronic stress, depression, mood disorders, relationship/attachment issues, and trauma. I work with you to restore healthy connections, build healthy habits from a holistic treatment approach, and resolve past experiences that interfere with daily life. I provide integrative care that adapts to various needs and presentations. Each client receives an individualized treatment plan that outlines the work we'll be doing together before we get started.
I am experienced with several modalities to treat various challenges, including Attachment-based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-focused Therapy.
