I am a bilingual (English, Spanish) Licensed Clinical Counselor (LCC) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate challenging life adjustments. I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, couples' dilemmas, LGBTQIA+ topics, and major life transitions.

I completed my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Texas A&M University in College Station. My counseling approach is flexible, integrating multiple treatment methods to best support each client’s journey.
