I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. My goal is to work with individual or couples and families on their strengths and achieve growth.

Grief issues can be more than a loss of a dear one by death. It can also be a loss of a relationship, a job, a community, etc. One of my specialties is working with grief issues. You are not alone in your grief and what you are feeling is valid. I can help you navigate the grieving process and help you to find meaning in all of it. I am here to listen.

I, like you, have life issues that sometimes just rare up and overwhelms me. I have learned many therapeutic techniques that helps when these life issues threaten to destroy my well-being.
