One of my main goals as a therapist is to help you feel comfortable starting the counseling process. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, couples, and families. I would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you to help you figure out where you are at, and what is getting in the way of you feeling better. With acceptance, skill-building, persistence, and of course some humor, we will work together to help you improve your health and well-being.
My specialties include treating Trauma, Substance Use Disorders, Dual Diagnoses, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Personality Disorders. I have over 15 years experience working in Inpatient, College Mental Health, and Outpatient settings, including Roger Williams Medical Center and Johnson & Wales University. I am licensed in RI, MA, and VT.
