I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other forms of therapies aimed at helping individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma and other issues. A graduate of the Ohio State University, I have experience working with clients in an inpatient treatment setting as well as in my outpatient private practice where I see a lot of my patients. I work with my clients to identify underlying issues and develop a unique client specific treatment plan that addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of well-being. In the process, my clients also learn effective coping skills to deal with life's stressors.
