I specialize in treating severe PTSD , anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, depression, and Bipolar. Clients who often benefit from sessions with me experience emotional difficulties and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Client's who also benefit from sessions with me are in or have recently gotten out of chaotic romantic relationships or experienced difficulties with their childhood upbringing, or who's partners or parents experienced BPD, NPD, or traits related to these disorders. If you feel like you try to explain what these experiences are and it is difficult to help others understand, I tend to be able to help.
I offer varying forms of talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, and reflective talk therapy. Through these and other mixed practices, I assist others in making sense of what has happened to them as well as assist in providing skills to move forward with a purpose and intention driven life.
It's hard enough to pick a show on Netflix. Somehow, it is harder to pick a therapist. My clients appreciate that I am willing to get real when life gets real. Here you are on my page.
