Taking the steps towards seeking help can be challenging and overwhelming. As a therapist, I aim to provide a safe, genuine space where anyone can feel comfortable to begin the process of exploration and development. Clients and I will develop achievable goals based on individual strengths, core values and the uniqueness of one’s identity to form a holistic direction for our work together.
My approach aims to reinforce the idea of resiliency, to find meaning from past and present experiences, and to work towards self-acceptance. I truly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be supported, and I would be honored to provide that to you.
