I offer skills and tools to help befriend these parts so they feel more manageable. I believe healing is not linear and am here to support you on your unique journey.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relational distress, sexuality, identity distress, and life transitions. Through a mindfulness-based lens, I can support you in cultivating more awareness, embodiment, somatic resources, congruence, authenticity, and empowerment. I believe the victory is in the process.
I passionately work with adults, and couples in better understanding themselves by creating an open, warm, and compassionate environment. As an adopted, Queer cis-man of color I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, as well as folx who hold other marginalized identities. There is power in your story being heard.
