I also have years of experience working with Autistic children and young adults, as well as their families. In addition, I absolutely love helping couples and families work on improving their communication!

Whether it’s helping people challenge irrational beliefs that prevent them from being happy or incorporating a solution-focused view to reach their goals, I stay flexible and provide a non-judgmental environment.
As I continue overcoming my own hardships, I am reminded that everyone has an innate potential to achieve their goals if given the proper nourishment and environment.
