In my practice I utilize various transformational modalities from multiple schools of hypnosis. The main framework of my sessions is based upon the approaches developed and perfected by the forefathers of contemporary hypnosis - Dave Elman, Milton Erickson and Gil Boyne. In my work as a certified clinical hypnotherapist I utilize the following methods & techniques: various hypnotic inductions and suggestion delivery approaches, age regression to the cause of any issue based on a very advanced and comprehensive protocol developed by the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, forgiveness and compassion work, core transformation.
All of these tools are important; yet, they are not what makes hypnotic transformation so miraculous. The secret is in reaching a very special state of consciousness which is beyond simple comfort and relaxation - a state of total bliss, perfect calmness and peace where ego simply drops away.
It is similar to what yogis call Samadhi - the state of Oneness. This is the state of perfect Peace, the ultimate Core State that my clients tend to experience as a result of the hypnotic work. This state of Peace, Bliss, Unconditional Love and Oneness transforms any disturbance in the mind, body and spirit.
