About
Every person has the capacity to change and heal and live authentically. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for self-exploration, growth and expansion. I have over 16 years experience working with adults, young adults, teenagers, and families who have experienced trauma, relationship strains, anxiety and depression. I often work with foster parents, foster children, and adoptive parents or other legal guardians.
My work is based in Existential, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems Theory and is rooted in connection and compassion. When appropriate, I try to incorporate lightness, spontaneity, and humor into my work.
A quality relationship between therapist and client is essential for change to occur. I welcome folks from all identities, abilities, and backgrounds to contact me for a free phone consultation to make sure that I am a good fit for you.
