Our work focuses on calming the nervous system, reducing reactivity, and helping you move out of survival mode. Sessions are collaborative, paced, and designed to create real change—not just insight, but relief you can feel in daily life.

This group offers a supportive, low-pressure space to learn practical social skills and build confidence. Skills we'll practice: Healthy Boundaries, Assertive Communication, Conflict Resolution, Expressing Thoughts & Emotions, Navigating Friendships & Peer Pressure, and Building Social Confidence.
