I am passionate about supporting black men, women, and couples on their healing journeys. I specialize in addressing the unique challenges of men and women by providing a safe space for exploration and growth, with the overarching goal of helping US navigate issues such as identity, relationships, grief, transitions, and more. I enjoy helping married and non-married couples build love maps, establish trust, build a communication fortress, and create shared meaning. Together, we can foster resilience, empowerment, and lasting positive change.
My position as a therapist involves fostering self-awareness, promoting self-acceptance, and empowering clients to develop effecitve problem-solving skills. My goal is to help individuals and couples reach their full potential. Married & Non-Married couples have the opportunity of working with a therapist that is passionate, experienced, and dedicated.
I encourage all individuals seeking therapy to schedule a FREE consultation with me that will be conducted via video. Scheduling is simple and can be done directly from our website: www.theMMHI.org , scroll to the bottom and click "Request Appointment". I look forward to working with you.
